Course Description
This course equips students with the practical skills and approaches needed to successfully manage communications campaigns in both public relations and advertising. Students will learn how to oversee projects from start to finish by learning how to effectively build timelines, manage client budgets, coordinate teams, and ensure client expectations are met. Students will practice tools and workflows used in agencies and communication departments to improve efficiency and accountability.
