Title
Cultivate curiosity, humility, persistence, and patience
Learning Outcome
Ask questions and develop tools to answer those questions with integrity and with a recognition of the limits of statistical analysis.
Title
Analyze and interpret models with known population distributions
Learning Outcome
Use probability theory, random variables, correlation, and regression to model and interpret real-world phenomena.
Title
Analyze sample data to draw inferences about a population
Learning Outcome
Apply statistical methods to estimate population characteristics from sample data, evaluate estimators, compute margins of error, and conduct hypothesis tests.
Title
Investigate economic questions through data analysis
Learning Outcome
Use coding tools and statistics skills to analyze, and draw conclusions about, a research question.
